Hello vapers! It has been a jolly good year for us even though we’ve had e-cig bans slapped on us from all over. We are still going strong and what better way to end the year than to encourage smokers who are yet to join us to quit smoking. If you are still struggling with tobacco here are a few good reasons why quitting smoking should be top of your 2015 new year resolutions.

Quitting Smoking is One Resolution You Need to Keep

We make new year resolutions every year. Keeping them however, is not so easy and we hardly follow through with our resolutions. If you are still a smoker there are numerous reasons why quitting should be your number one resolution in 2015. Smoking has been proven to cause cancer not just in lungs, throat, or mouth, but throughout a smokers body. Besides cancer, there are awfully so many other reasons why you should quit smoking in 2015.

In Wales, smokers are being urged to put plans in place this December, instead of waiting until January, to boost the chances of a successful quit attempt in 2015.

Giving up smoking will feature on many a New Year’s resolution list for 2015 but many of these people will wait until January to start the process. The reality is that putting a quit plan in place in December ready for January can be a hugely effective way of making sure the 2015 quit attempt starts the year on the right foot.

Carol Owen, service lead at Stop Smoking Wales said as reported on Health in Wales.

We also urge you to start now and makes sure you keep at it throughout next year until you achieve the goal. Here are more reasons why you should quit smoking discussed on nhmagazine.
